Tracey is the proud owner of Reforge Change, we met up to get her headshots done and to give her some professional images for her website and socials to look top notch! Little did Tracey know, it was going to be a lot more fun than just sitting in front of a camera!
MEET TRACEY
I’ve 100% taken this off of Tracey’s website, but who to explain better than Tracey herself.
“I am a single mum to my fantastic (now teenaged) son and I have fine-tuned the art of balancing homelife, working and studying over the last 14 years – with all the ups and downs that brings along the way. I studied for both my undergraduate and master’s degrees whilst working full-time (and juggling single parenthood) and I think this has given me a unique perspective on resilience, determination, and the importance of asking for support and help when you need it.
If you choose to work with me, you’ll get great advice, bags of experience and a focus on delivering the right results, making sure your people are coming along on the journey too. We will probably have a lot of fun in the process too.”
Tracey and I have a lot in common, we want to help people grow and change and have fun while doing it.
WHAT WE DID AND WHY WE DID IT
Tracey wanted a choice of photographs for her website that was being built and her social media profile pictures. Tracey is building a linked in presence and using her images in the right way - to create engagement and reintroduce herself to her many new connections.
We sat and had a chat when I first got there, as I was unpacking my kit we were talking all about what Tracey does, business ethics, helping people and random bits about our lives - where we were, what our career backgrounds look like and how crazy we are for becoming full time freelancers in our fields! I took my white and black backdrop, a light, flash and my camera to give Tracey all the choices for her photos. She even squeezed in an outfit change and a photo of her sat in her little office!
After getting a few indoors (see Gallery below) with her in the fancy chair (which I really need!) we headed outdoors. Tracey is an outdoorsy person and wanted this to come across in her photos. Living near a lovely park we took a little walk and I asked Tracey to talk to me about her business and present to me how she does her clients. The photos are Stunning! Tracey was an absolute natural in the session… I’d like to think I gave her the confidence to be herself, and I definitely think my personable nature helped Tracey be at ease in front of the camera.

“You would never guess from seeing the photos but I equally fear and dread having my photograph taken. Normally. But Nathan is such a brilliant photographer he took some great photos that really look like me and at the same time capture my personality. Everyone who has seen them has said how fabulous they are. If you aren’t that fond of photos normally then definitely work with Nathan, he can honestly do magic!”
